AIX · AI Academy
Build a practical AI plan around the calls, coaching, follow-up, and systems already inside your shop.
Ready to move?
Ask about AIX · AI AcademyAIX is a working day for owners who want useful leverage from AI while keeping the shop out of software-project mode. The class shows how the Adams environment connects Tekmetric, Rilla, WickedFile, NetSuite, and 212 Payments, then brings the discussion back to the workflows an independent shop can improve now. The objective is a prioritized operating plan grounded in the team and technology you already have.
Who it is for
Owners and operators who want a grounded AI plan tied to daily shop operations, team adoption, and measurable work. Tekmetric users will recognize the deepest set of examples.
What you will work through
- 01Map the repetitive work that is actually worth automating
- 02Use recorded calls to coach advisors against one standard
- 03Improve customer follow-up and internal documentation
- 04Understand where the shop-management system remains the source of truth
- 05Separate a useful integration from an AI vendor demonstration
- 06Build a sequenced implementation plan with an owner and deadline
