Key2Key Courtside
See Auto Hospitality run during a normal business day inside Adams Automotive in The Woodlands.
Courtside takes the Key2Key vocabulary into a working shop. Participants watch the customer and car handoffs, parts and warranty activity, advisor standards, scorecards, and management cadence while the Woodlands team continues serving customers. The smaller format creates room to bring a specific operating problem and work it through with people who already run the model.
Who it is for
Key2Key graduates who understand the model and want to see how the standards hold up under the pressure of a busy operating shop.

How it works
Observe
Watch the standards and handoffs while the shop is open and the work is real.
Interrogate
Ask the operators why the process is built that way and where it still breaks.
Apply
Translate the observed system into the next decision for your own shop.
What operators say
“When I stepped into Key2Key, it was a cohesive system I could see every step of the way to roll out into our business. The top operators want an edge. They see it — and when they see it, they can't unsee it.”
“The first thing Todd says is "customer pays for everything." The minute you take that to heart, it changes everything — how you treat a customer, how you answer the phone. Everything.”
