The offering

AutoShop Coaching is the implementation layer for owners who need more than a class date. The work follows the business from financial and management fundamentals through leadership structure, operating cadence, and a shop that can run with less owner dependence. Coaching uses the shop’s own numbers, a defined current constraint, a weekly commitment, and a recurring review so progress is visible instead of anecdotal.

What you will work through

  • 01Establish the financial and operating baseline
  • 02Identify the current constraint and the phase of the business
  • 03Define the owner, GM, advisor, and department responsibilities
  • 04Review weekly inputs, commitments, and missed execution
  • 05Build management and leadership capability over time
  • 06Track progress through monthly and quarterly reviews

How it works

01

Diagnose

Use the numbers and the team structure to identify the current operating constraint.

02

Commit

Choose a specific owner and team action for the week, with evidence of completion.

03

Progress

Move through a phased owner-to-leadership journey as the underlying capability changes.
