About the workshop

Key2Key Weekend teaches the Auto Hospitality operating model in plain shop language. You work through front-counter standards, inspection sequencing, bay flow, recruiting cadence, weekly financials, and the first 30 days after class.

Who it's for
  • Owners running 1–8 shops who've hit the management-bandwidth ceiling
  • Coaching graduates (Shop Fix, ATI, 20 Group) who feel plateaued
  • Operators 3–10 years from sale who want to maximize what a buyer values
  • Owners who already do $1M+/year and want the next layer
What you leave with
  • A front-counter standard for calls, greetings, drop-off, inspections, and pickup
  • Inspection-sequencing language your team can use Monday morning
  • A weekly owner scorecard for bay turns, ARO, comebacks, gross profit, and NOI
  • The recruiting cadence Adams uses to stay ahead of technician hiring
  • A 30-day implementation plan for the first reps after class

What operators say
"We answered the phone like it was our first day in business — like we'd just opened and every customer pays all our bills. And we did $72,000 that week."
JJ Mont

"It was, as Todd Hayes says, the violent injection of change that we needed to get us to the next level. You can't unsee it."
