1. Intake and dispatch

Vehicles are assigned promptly after check-in.
Technicians know their next job before current work ends.
Keys, concerns, history, and authorization details are ready when work begins.

2. Inspection and estimate handoff

Inspections are completed early enough to act on the findings.
Advisors are notified as soon as an inspection is ready.
Estimates are built and presented without sitting in a queue.

3. Approval, parts, and production

Parts availability is checked before a completion time is promised.
The team can see each job’s approval and parts status.
Blocked jobs are escalated or redispatched instead of occupying a bay.

4. Closeout and reset

Quality checks and road tests happen promptly after work is complete.
The next job is ready when a technician becomes available.
Lost production time is reviewed with the team every day.
