Commitments have an owner, a due date, and a follow-up.

4. Exceptions and emergencies

Customer escalations can be resolved without defaulting to the owner.
Unexpected absences do not require the owner to rebuild the day.
The shop can operate normally when the owner is unreachable.

What to do next

Choose the two or three weakest answers. For each one, clarify the decision owner, the operating standard, and the check-in that proves it happened. Do not delegate responsibility without also delegating authority.
